How to open the lockbox

Enter Your Access Code
Using the ShowMojo app or your confirmation email, locate your unique access code. Press each digit on the lockbox keypad to enter the code.

Press OK to Confirm
After entering all digits, press the OK button on the keypad to submit your code.
Tip
Make sure all digits are entered before pressing OK — pressing OK mid-entry will not work.

Wait for the Beep & Green Light
The lockbox will process your code. Wait for the confirmation signal — a short beep and a green indicator light on the right side of the device.

Green light — ready to open

Slide Firmly to the Right
Once the green light appears, grip the lockbox cover and slide it firmly to the right to open. The compartment door requires a confident, forceful slide — give it a firm push.
Important
The lockbox is built to resist accidental opening. A firm, deliberate slide to the right is normal and necessary.
